What is the status of my order?
We will send you a confirmation email once you have placed your order so that you can check the status of your order.Once your item has been dispatched, we will send you another email with the expected delivery date and a link to monitor your order (if the delivery method enables it).
You may also check the progress of your order from the "order history" part of your account page on the website.
Can I change my order?
We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped.We cannot accept changes to your order once it has been marked as "preparing for shipping," "shipping," or "delivered."
Please contact support via email if you need to make modifications to your order.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States. Please contact us by email for shipment outside of these countries.How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
It normally takes 24 to 48 hours to process your purchase for delivery after you place it.The standard shipping time for the countries served by our delivery partners can vary. You can find them before confirming your order by selecting a delivery method: Standard delivery time is usually 7-15 days.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You can use a debit or credit card to make a transaction on our website. In addition, we accept Paypal. These payment methods are available throughout the checkout process.In what currencies will I be charged?
For the time being, we only accept the following currencies for charging our customers in their home currency: CAD, and USD.If you use another currency with your credit or debit card, you will be charged in CAD, and USD, depending on the website. Your bank will use the appropriate conversation rate for the currency you select.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns under the following conditions:- The item must have been purchased from our online store.
- The item should not have been used at all.
- The request for return or exchange is made within 28 days of delivery.
- The return is made within 14 days following the request for return or exchange.
Are returns free of charge?
Returns inside Canada are free of charge. To arrange a return, please email us at smartshoppingsaving@gmail.com.Returns from outside of Canada are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our support team for further details.
Do you have physical locations?
We do not currently have any physical stores operating under our brand name.Is there any kind of guarantee?
We guarantee that any of our products manufactured by us and sold through our online store are defect-free. We will gladly accept any return or exchange request originating from a defective item as long as the following conditions are met:
